Coastal towns & city adventures

Portland

Maine’s biggest city is packed with charm, from its cobblestone streets to its incredible food scene. Explore the Old Port, where waterfront restaurants and quirky boutiques line the streets, then take a stroll along the Eastern Promenade for gorgeous ocean views.

Top tip: Don’t miss the Portland Head Light—it’s the oldest of Maine's 52 functioning lighthouses! And if you’re into craft beer, Portland’s got plenty of breweries for you to explore.

Bar Harbor

The gateway to Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor is the perfect mix of seaside charm and outdoor adventure. Walk along the waterfront, browse cute local shops, or hop on a boat tour to spot whales and puffins.

Kennebunkport

If you’re into picture-perfect coastal towns, Kennebunkport should be on your list. Famous for its beautiful beaches, boutique shopping, and stunning scenic drives. Take a walk through Dock Square, cruise along Ocean Avenue, or just relax on Goose Rocks Beach.
