A multi-day horseback ride in Banff

Experience Banff National Park in the best way possible - on horseback. Follow the same historic routes that the original explorers of the Canadian Rockies carved back in the 1920s. You’ll be able to enjoy a safe ride and see amazing places you would miss if trekking on your own.

You and your partner will be a part of the Sundance Explorer tour. You will spend three days and two nights exploring Banff's untouched back country. This trip takes you along the Bow River's glacier-fed waters, one of the greatest places in Banff to see elk, deer, and even moose grazing along the shores.

Travel the historic Erling Strom Trail, which was travelled by famed explorer Erling Strom in the early 1900s, while admiring the Sundance mountain range. The cosy lodge provides a comfy place to rest your head at night. Cuddle up by the fire, eat delicious back country food, and tell your fellow riders about the day's exploits. The tour includes two nights of lodging, horseback riding instruction, transportation and a fully catered menu.
