The trip that Lisette planned for us after a personal conversation in our living room exceeded all of our expectations. We had a wonderful trip - everything was perfect!
There were four of us (two twenty-somethings and two over 50) - so a very wide range of expectations. But nobody had anything to complain about. I have never experienced that in more than two decades of family holidays. The selection of excursions/activities was very nice and varied. We would never have thought of such highlights as a city tour by bike or a tour with a native.
The accommodations were all great and surprised us time and time again with their size, equipment and location.
The organisation was simply fantastic: all flights, accommodations, excursions and rental cars went smoothly. The (very extensive) documents contained all relevant information; but you should make the effort to read everything. Questions were answered immediately and special requests (for example, separate return flights with different stopovers) were readily incorporated.
We are recommending to everyone that if you are planning a long-distance trip, you should definitely contact Little America.
